Worldlink agrees to acquire Mobile Sports
RED BANK, NJ, April 18, 2011 -- TGI Group (TSPG), diversified holding company, announced today that our JV partner Worldlink announces that it has agreed to acquire the Mobile Sports technology platform.

The Mobile Sports technology platform will accelerate the launch of Worldlink’s ‘in play’ sports betting service. The platform will ease the integration of multiple sports information feeds and bookmaker betting odds. It is Worldlink’s belief that gaming services being provided to mobile devices are currently not optimised for the mobile device in terms of ease of use and speed. By integrating Worldlink’s patented technology and the Mobile Sports platform, Worldlink will deliver a class beating service.

Neil Riches, Managing Director for Worldlink, says ‘I am delighted we have completed this deal, as the Mobile Sports technology platform increases our flexibility in terms of product delivery. The timing of this opportunity is particularly fortuitous for Worldlink as the German Government is making its decision to offer licenses for online betting and gaming. The same is also true in the United States where potentially large changes to the betting and gaming industries are being made.’

Worldlink recently announced the establishment of Worldlink USA where the Company’s US patent is granted. Worldlink shares are listed in Germany where Worldlink has a patent pending.
